We view our graduates as the future and commit a considerable amount of time and resources to them during a structured four-year training programme. They are immersed in the Balmoral philosophy from the very outset of their career and every aspect of their training is designed to provide us with the very best of the next generation of advisers and wealth managers.

Our graduates have been a priority for the company since day one and Balmoral was in fact the first company in the sector to establish a formal Graduate Training Programme. It has grown and developed over the years and we now have established relationships with a number of Scotland's leading universities.

Whilst there can be no guarantee that every trainee will be invited to remain with us, they can be reassured by the fact that we have no desire to see our talented people moving to other companies when their training is complete!
