Advisers join Balmoral in one of two ways. Our experienced advisers joined the company after being highly recommended by some of our professional connections. Our other advisers are the product of our graduate training programme where we select the 'cream of the crop' and provide them with a detailed four-year training programme.
Although our recruitment processes are highly selective this means that we have complete confidence in every member of our advisory team. At Balmoral our aim is to establish very long-term relationships with our clients that offer security, commitment and peace of mind. Selecting the correct quality of advisers and ensuring that they have the highest commitment to ongoing training and development is a critical part of the process.
